actually work.

We bill the unit a service business actually cares about: a real two-way exchange with a real customer. Not messages, not tokens, not API calls — conversations.

What counts as a conversation

A back-and-forth exchange with a single end-customer in a single window. Hours of messaging in one sitting count as one conversation. A returning visitor a week later starts a new one.

Solo: 750 conversations / month

Resets on your monthly billing date. Overage: $50 per extra 250 conversations, automatically added to the same monthly invoice.

Multi: 750 per agent, pooled

On Multi, every agent contributes 750 conversations to a tenant-wide pool. A busy agent can borrow allowance from a quiet one before any overage hits. Same overage rate ($50 / 250) once the pool is exhausted.

SMS: 1,500 per agent, pooled

Tenants running on SMS also get 1,500 SMS conversations per agent per month (pooled on Multi). Carrier costs are real, so SMS overage bills at $25 per 1,000 conversations over the included allowance.

WhatsApp: +1,000 per agent, pooled

WhatsApp tenants get an additional 1,000 WhatsApp conversations per agent per month on top of the base 750 (pooled on Multi). Overage bills at $25 per 1,000 over.

Email: 50,000 per tenant, flat

Email is included flat — 50,000 sends per tenant per month. It is a hard cap, not a meter. We do not bill overage on email.

Is there an annual plan or annual discount?

No. Saygents is monthly-only. No annual contracts, no annual discount. We would rather earn the next month than lock you in.
When does billing start?

You are billed for the full first month at signup, and then on the same day each month afterward. Billing is pro-rated up front, not retroactively — there are no refunds for partial months if you cancel.
What counts as a "conversation"?

What happens if I go over 750 conversations?

Overage is billed automatically: $50 per extra 250 conversations, on the same monthly invoice. On Multi the 750 allowance per agent is pooled at the tenant level — a busy agent can borrow allowance from a quieter one before any overage hits. SMS and WhatsApp tenants get separate per-channel allowances — 1,500 SMS conversations per agent and 1,000 WhatsApp conversations per agent — both billed at $25 per 1,000 over. Email is included flat at 50,000 sends per tenant per month and is not metered.
Can I add or remove channels later?

Yes. Adding a channel later is a configuration change, not a rebuild. Solo customers can also upgrade to Multi by adding agents — no migration, the existing agent stays live.
Do I need to bring my own AI keys or hosting?

No. Pricing is all-in. Saygents covers the model, the hosting, the database, the infrastructure, and the build work. You bring the business knowledge.
What if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime from the customer portal. The agent stays live through the end of the month you have already paid for, and then turns off. No refunds for the remainder of the month.
Is there a free trial?

Not currently. We invest real build time into every agent — a free trial would not give you the real product. Instead, the optional 15-minute demo lets you see a working agent before you sign.
