Plugs into the stack
your business already runs.
Six channels, real calendar booking, webhooks to anywhere, and native CRM packages on the roadmap. We’re explicit about what is live today vs available on request vs in development — so you know what you’re getting before you sign.
Customer channels
The six channels your agent runs on. One brain, one knowledge base, six surfaces.
A drop-in chat widget you paste onto your site with a one-line snippet. Brandable, mobile-friendly, GDPR-aware.
Connects to your business Instagram via the Meta Graph API. Replies to DMs, story replies, and ad responses inside the platform 7-day window.
Connects to your Facebook Page via the Messenger Platform API. Handles Page DMs, "Send Message" ad responses, and click-to-Messenger flows.
Uses the WhatsApp Business Platform API on a verified business profile. Respects 24-hour conversation windows; supports approved templates for re-engagement.
Powered by Twilio. Use a dedicated number we provision or your existing business number. A2P 10DLC registered.
Connects to a shared inbox or alias and replies to inbound mail. Threaded, not blast — your agent handles the conversation, not the marketing campaign.
Calendar & booking
Real availability, real events. The agent books appointments inside the conversation — no Calendly link drop.
Direct integration. The agent reads availability respecting working hours, buffers, and (on multi-rep setups) the right team member's calendar — and writes real events.
OAuth-based read/write integration with Outlook calendars. Same model as Google Calendar — the agent sees real availability and writes real events.
If your team currently lives in Calendly or Cal.com, we can wire the agent to your booking link as a fallback path. Native availability-aware integration is on the roadmap.
CRM & pipeline
Push qualified leads, conversations, and bookings to wherever your team works.
Every conversation, lead, qualified-lead, booking, and escalation can fire a webhook to any URL you control. The simplest, most universal CRM integration.
Native two-way sync — leads created, contact properties updated, deal stage moved when the agent qualifies or books. Available on request for Multi customers today; native package on the roadmap.
Lead and contact creation with conversation transcript and qualification metadata as a custom object. Available on request for Multi customers; native package on the roadmap.
Deal creation on qualified lead, with notes from the conversation. Available on request; native integration on the roadmap.
Sub-account level integration that creates contacts and opportunities and respects HighLevel's pipeline structure. Available on request for agencies running on GHL; native package on the roadmap.
Trigger Zaps from any Saygents event — qualified lead, booking, escalation, daily summary. Native Zap on the roadmap; webhook → Zap works today.
Telephony & identity
The plumbing under SMS, WhatsApp, and the Meta channels.
Powers SMS — provisioning, A2P 10DLC, dedicated long codes, deliverability. Saygents handles the wiring; you don't need a Twilio account.
Powers Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp Business. We walk you through Meta business verification on first connect.
Workflow & handoff
Where the conversation goes when the agent escalates, and how your team is notified.
Escalations route to a configurable email address (per agent or per topic) with full transcript and a one-click link back into the conversation.
Per-agent or per-topic Slack channel posts on escalation, with transcript and CTA to take over. On the roadmap.
When the agent escalates a customer SMS conversation, your on-call team member can be paged via SMS to take over. Available on request.
Data & knowledge sources
How the agent learns about your business at build time and on an ongoing basis.
The 10–15 minute multi-step form is the primary knowledge source — services, offers, pricing, tone, FAQs, escalation rules, channel preferences.
PDFs, brochures, internal SOPs — uploaded during onboarding or any time after, then re-trained into the agent.
On request we will crawl your public site and extract a structured knowledge base from your service pages, pricing pages, and blog posts.
Live sync from Notion or Google Drive folders so your knowledge base stays current as your team updates source docs. On the roadmap.
If we don’t have a native package for your tool, we have webhooks.
Every meaningful event — conversation started, lead qualified, appointment booked, escalation fired, daily summary — can post to any URL you control. Webhook payloads are signed, JSON, retried on failure, and documented. From there you can drop into Zapier, n8n, Make, or your own backend, and trigger anything: CRM updates, internal notifications, custom dashboards, accounting hooks, whatever your team runs on.

Real customer demand is what moves something from “roadmap” to “next sprint.” If you need an integration we don’t list, email us — we’ll tell you honestly whether it’s a webhook fix today, an “on request” build during your onboarding, or a real engineering project to schedule.
