How to remove your data from Saygents.

You have the right to ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. Below are the options, depending on how you interacted with Saygents.

If you are a Saygents customer (business account)

You can delete your account and all associated data from inside the dashboard:

  1. Sign in at your customer portal.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Click Delete Account and confirm.

Your tenant record, agents, conversations, and connected-channel tokens are removed immediately and permanently purged from backups within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation email from info@saygents.com.

If you messaged a Saygents-powered agent on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another channel

You can request deletion of the message history we store about you in two ways:

  1. Through Facebook: go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations, find Saygents, click Remove, and check Delete all posts, videos, or events I have posted. Meta will send us a deletion request and we will process it within 30 days.
  2. By email: send a request to info@saygents.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include the channel you used (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and the name or ID you used to message the agent. We will confirm receipt within 72 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • Your message history with Saygents-powered agents.
  • Your platform user ID and public profile information we received from the channel.
  • Any files or attachments you sent.

We may retain a minimum record of the deletion request itself (your request, the date, and the confirmation code) for up to 24 months to prove the deletion was completed, as required by Meta and applicable law.

Check the status of a request

If Meta sent us a deletion request on your behalf, you can check its status using the confirmation code Meta gave you at saygents.com/data-deletion-status.
